EMPOWER REWARDS Checking w/EMPOWER REWARDS Savings

Reward Information: When your EMPOWER REWARDS account qualifications are met during a Monthly Qualification Cycle, checking account balances $0.01 up to $10,000.00 receive an APY of 4.00%, and balances over $10,000.00 earn 0.50% interest rate on the portion of balances over $10,000.00, resulting in a range from 4.00% - 0.50% APY depending on the account's balance and (2) savings account balances $0.01 up to $25,000.00 in EMPOWER REWARDS Savings receive an APY of 4.00%; and balances over $25,000.00 in EMPOWER REWARDS Savings earn 0.50% interest rate on portion of balance over $25,000.00, resulting in 4.00% - 0.50% APY depending on the balance. If qualifications for EMPOWER REWARDS Checking are not met, all balances in EMPOWER REWARDS Checking and Savings earn 0.05% APY and ATM fees are not refunded. When qualifications are met, interest and ATM fee reimbursements will be credited to your EMPOWER REWARDS checking account on the last day of the statement cycle and will automatically sweep into the attached savings account. EMPOWER REWARDS Checking must be opened in tandem with EMPOWER REWARDS Savings.

Qualification Information:

To qualify for the EMPOWER REWARDS rates and receive reimbursements on your ATM fee surcharges, you must perform the following during the monthly qualification cycle:

• Have at least 30 debit card purchases post and settle your account
• Have at least 1 automatic payment (ACH) or direct deposit post and settle
• Be enrolled and receive e-statement notice

All Kasasa® and EMPOWER Accounts

$25.00 minimum deposit is required to open a checking account, $10.00 minimum required to open a savings account. Limit 1 rewards checking account per social security number per household. There are no recurring monthly service charges or fees to open or close this account. APY=Annual Percentage Yield. APYs are accurate as of 3/1/2025. Rates and rewards are variable and may change after the account is opened. Fees may reduce earnings. Account transactions and activities may take one or more days to post and settle to the account and all must do so during the Monthly Qualification Cycle in order to qualify for the account's rewards. The following activities do not count toward earning account rewards: ATM-processed transactions, transfers between accounts, debit card purchase processed by merchants and received by Lee Bank as ATM or PIN based transactions and purchases made with non-Lee Bank issued debit cards. "Monthly Qualification Cycle" means a period beginning one (1) day prior to the first day of the current statement cycle through one (1) day prior to the close of the current statement cycle.

All Kasasa® and EMPOWER accountholders will receive reimbursements up to $20.00 ($4.99 per single transaction) for nationwide ATM fees incurred during the Monthly Qualification Cycle in which you qualified. An ATM receipt must be presented within thirty (30) calendar days for reimbursements of individual ATM fees of $5.00 or higher. When account qualifications are not met, ATM fees are not refunded.
